As a leadership team, our role is to support the school by promoting our values, making sure that learning is given the highest priority and creating opportunities for all our staff and students. Our primary objective is to ensure Serere Township SS remains a rewarding and a positive place that provides excellent education services in Uganda.
We also ensure that our staff are dedicated to ensuring that the students in our care are happy, secure and enjoying there learning thus they are the strength of Serere Township SS

At Serere Township Secondary School, we continue to prioritize practical skills. Our school is not simply a place where instruction is given, but it is a preparatory school for life itself.
